Green deal funding is available for external wall insulation, subject to survey, terms and conditions apply and top up funding may be required.

Funding - Social Housing Schemes
Eco Rend North East can help you access funding to make your project viable. Working closely with our funding partners we can develop funding proposals for potential schemes, using our expertise to accurate calculate the costs involved in your energy efficiency improvements.
Whether you are a local authority or a social housing provider we can work with you to deliver your housing schemes on time and on budget.
Once we have identifed a potential scheme we will develop a specification for the EWI and any other improvements that may be required. When we have firm costs for the scheme we will obtain a funding proposal, allowing us to offer our clients substantially or fully funded schemes.
