We believe that training young people and turning them into skilled professionals is key to our success.

Our in house training programme works alongside one of the UK's leading training providers comprising of a 14 month apprenticeship programme. Apprentices completing this programme receive an NVQ level 2 in external wall insulation.

Following the completion of the formal apprenticeship we provide ongoing training and supervision to develop skills and maintain high levels of quality work.

Apprentices are trained in both insulation fixing and render application to help us a develop a multi skilled workforce.
